Private
Cremation:
Temporary
Scatter Urn
This is a
private
cremation
process (one
pet at a
time).
The owner
will receive
their pet’s cremains
back in a
wooden urn.
The I.D tag
is placed in
the urn and
a
certificate
of cremation
is provided
to the owner
once the
process is
completed.
No PawPrint
or hair
clipping
included
with this
option.
If you would
like the
PawPrint and
hair
clipping,
there is a charge of
$20 for a
paw print
and $5 for a
hair
clipping.

Private
Cremation:
Permanent
Oak Urn
This is a
private cremation
process (one
pet at a
time). In
this plan
the cremains
are placed
in an
attractive
wooden urn
which can be
used as a
permanent
urn. A brass
name plate
with your
pet’s name
will be on
the urn and
a
certificate
of cremation
will be
provided to
the owner.
Also, the
stainless
steel I.D.
tag used to
identify
your pet
during the
process will
be given to
the pet
owner. This
plan comes
with a
PawPrint and
a fur
clipping
from long
haired
animals. We
are unable
to include
a fur clipping
from short
haired
animals.

home 7 days

Veterinary
Hospital.
All you have
to do is
instruct

Veterinary
Hospital to
call us as
soon as your
pet passes
away. If you
would like
to make the
arrangements
yourself ,
just call us
and provide
your Vet’s
information
and we are
available to
pick up and
deliver the
cremains
back to your
Vet’s
office.

be scheduled

morning
