SILVER
PLAN
The
owner
will
receive
their
pet’s
cremains
back in
a light
balsa
wood
box.
The I.D
tag is
placed
on the
urn and
a
certificate
of
cremation
is
provided
to the
owner
once the
process
is
completed.
No paw
print or
lock of
hair is
included
with
this
option.
If you
would
like the
paw
print
and lock
of hair,
there is
a charge
of $20
for a
paw
print
and $5
for a
lock of
hair.

GOLD PLAN
In this plan
the cremains
are placed
in an
attractive
permanent
cedar urn. A
brass name
plate with
your pet’s
name will be
on the urn
and a
certificate
of cremation
will be
provided to
the owner.
Also, the
stainless
steel I.D.
tag used to
identify
your pet
during the
process will
be affixed
to the urn.
This plan
comes with a
paw print
and a lock
of hair,
whenever the
hair is long
enough . We
are unable
to include a
fur clipping
from short
haired
animals.

Veterinary
Hospital.
All you have
to do is
instruct
your
Veterinary
Hospital to
call us as
soon as your
pet passes
away. If you

to make the
arrangements
yourself ,

your Vet’s
information
and we are
available to
pick up and
deliver the
cremains
back to your
Vet’s
office.
